Producer

We're looking for talented Producer in a full time permanent role.

While producing great videos is a must, we place a premium on the ability to deliver excellent client service. The successful candidate must be comfortable advising clients on a strategic/creative level. They must be able to problem-solve on behalf of the client, and offer solutions that go above and beyond their expectations. The client must feel like they are in a safe pair of hands.

Our clients are all multinational firms or companies that are the leader in their industry ranging from finance to hospitality. You will be the point of contact from brief to delivery.

Essentials

• Show an advanced understanding of the value of video within corporate communications.
• Budget management.
• Creative development.
• Set management.
• Post production workflow.
• Manage client relationships.
• Experience of corporate video production is not essential, however if you have worked in corporate video before, please highlight this in your application.

What you’ll actually do

• Take briefs from clients.
• Respond with proposals, treatments and costs.
• Take projects into production as point of contact for the client.
• Organise shoots/crew/post production resource.
• Line produce on set
• Maintain creative responsibility for a project.
• Regularly review budgets across all projects and take steps to stem overspend.
• Pitch for prospective projects.

Working in the office

Some of this role will involve remote working. Currently, the teams are in the office 1-2 days a week.
